I think this little one wants me to add her to my Ormeo bunch…she can be my blonde-ish/ginger-ish haired child!

This one is my future daughter-in-law, she (and my Ormeo) just doesn’t know it yet. Besides, they have plenty of time to narrow the age gap

Look! she’s already practicing her little momma babysitting skills, and I think they’re in love!

…and this is what she really thinks of my brilliant idea! hehe

Our kids hate having to model for us when we’re in “gotta try something” photography mode. Just ask Ethan. He always so quick to say he has not so fond memories of having to stay up till forever so Toots can practice and play with his camera and lights.

This time around it was Enzo’s turn since he was already outside playing. Lizzie is catching on because as soon as she saw lights being hauled outside, she was done playing outside! and Ethan was conviniently napping.

Enzo says he hates being the model because models always pose like this…

However, this is what he would rather do for our pictures…

Sally Corp Field Trip | Spring Break 2013

This was our first trip to Sally Corp and also our first field trip with the cousins! Sally Corp is basically an animatronics company that have open tours free to the general public. Definitely worth the trip downtown! (plus, it’s FREE)

I can’t remember which character this guy is….but the way his eyes move and track around as his arms/upper body move is pretty creepy.

RAWR! He’s huge! The rubber skin alone is over 300 lbs. It takes 3 months to build this t-rex and cost around $40k. So it’s safe to say we won’t be bringing one of these home anytime soon

Ahoy mate!

Glow in the dark paint is pretty impressive (and expensive)! Did you know that they paint their projects in whatever environment it will be in? Each gallon of glow in the dark paint is a few hundred dollars! Definitely not the typical household paint. This was in a very dark room with black lights for their dark rides projects.

I guess this is what happens if you linger too long on the tour?

Solo

I was so excited and nervous to go on my first solo (paid/non-family) shoot this past weekend. Toots usually does all the work and I’m his sidekick. We make a great team really. Most of the time he’s behind the camera, and I’m behind the editting. However, ever since I got sick last year, he’s gotten way way better than me at editting so I have tons of catching up to do! It really was a lot of fun tho and I think I did pretty well!

Can’t wait to do back to back shoots this coming weekend. Hope the weather is just as pretty!

I was trying to take pictures of books but I guess he wants to be a cat model!

He looks small in these pictures, but he’s really not small at all. Well actually, he has angles where he looks small but when he stretches out you can see he’s super long! He definitely has HUGE paws.

Don’t let the cuteness fool ya! He can be such a spazz. Right after this shot, he pounced my camera lens!

This is his “Oh no! I need to look cute coz I got in trouble” pose. Crazy cat! He is super cute though so I figured he needed his own post!
