It’s a wrap!

Goodbye 2008 and HELLO 2009!  This year has zoomed by way too fast, we were just beginning to get the hang of things around here.  Alot of changes in our family this year tho but definitely filled with many many blessings despite the craziness at the time…

JanuarySt. Augustine with the 2 boys.  Trip to “New York” haha (You have to read that post if you haven’t already!)

FebruaryDad’s surgery.  E is ours after they had told us otherwise back in September ’07.  Now that was a total God thing!

March – Definitely a busy month.  Sewing kick and I guess I had plenty of time then, oh howI wish I had time now!  Overnight trip to Orlando to visit TJ and also to hang out with E.  Mama passed away.  Although we did have funny moments as we prepared for Mama’s funeral, but it was nice to reconnect with family that we haven’t seen for a while.

AprilSlow month for us.  CPR certification to start visits with E.

May – Ethan turned 10!  Can you believe he’s in the double digits??  Ethan and Enzo’s surgery,  Mucho training to get ready for E.  Reunited!  First weekend with E, a day at Sea World and Disney.  E came home for a weekend visit with us this month too.  Yes May was the start of a crazy summer! Oh! And Jan-jan left for bootcamp!

June – E is home!  Kids trying to adjust, and the start of nurseless nights.

July – Married 11 years!  Our UPS/Fed Ex ppl love us. =D

August – We had our round of E and the 7 Nurses. Ethan went to Camp Dynamite.  E’s surgery that never was and a test that was easy to swallow!  School started!  E’s in Kindergarten and Enzo is in VPK (preschool).  I know I have pictures of their first day somewhere, hmm maybe my computer ate it.  Enzo turned 4!

September – Dad turned 60!  Not sure who has pictures or videos, but the cousins rocked out!  My kids were sharing the love!  Other than that, it must have been quiet! Well, either that or it was so crazy that I can’t remember what happened and I didn’t have the time to blog about it ;)

OctoberE turned 6!

November – Ethan got a haircut! Trust me, it’s a milestone!  We put up our Christmas tree up and got ready for Christmas, BEFORE Thanksgiving!  We got to spend our first Thanksgiving as a family of 5, but I’m slow on the updates so I’ll have to post those pictures later!

DecemberJingle Jams ’08.  Live Nativity (golf carts rock!).  Christmas Eve was here at our house, but I haven’t gotten a chance to upload Christmas Eve/Day pictures…I’m slow!  But I will definitely post those because we really did have a great Christmas with our family!

Whew….hope that run through with the Ormeo’s in 2008 was quick enough for you!  I doubt I’ll post anything else before next year.  I have to clean up and get ready tonight.  Battle of the Bands!  Ooooh I can’t wait to eat!

It’s been a wonderful year and hope you guys have had a good laugh throughout the year and we hope you have been blessed by the craziness in this Ormeo household!  Till next year…
