After our much anticipated wait and prayers, Enzo Jacob is home!!! He is officially home as of April 4th! *yay* After 90 days we will get to finalize and go to court and make everything official and legal….

It’s been so long and so much traveling. We’ve been out of town twice a week since Feb 2nd of this year…thank you Lord for financing our travels and keeping us safe. Ethan has been so patient with all the traveling and just back and forth instability of visitation. Poor kid had to sit in the car 5-6 hours twice a week (every Thursday and Sunday).

I can’t wait for everyone to meet him! He’s so cute and very much a boy…our house and van is never quiet…it’s funny because even though he looks nothing like me, ethan, and toots, he looks like ethan’s cousins here in Florida. He has Justin’s filipino dark skin, my brother’s curly hair (i guess mine too, but his hair is just like my brother’s at that age), and other than skin and hair, he looks just like my other sister’s little boy Joshua (same face shape, same eyes and eyebrows, and same mad/thinking face)

Enzo is so cute tho, I’ve been teaching him tagalog. So he knows most, if not all, of his body parts in tagalog and he understands several sentences in tagalog. He definitely is a 2 yr old tho! I don’t ever remember going through the terrible two’s with Ethan, then again, I don’t remember too much of Ethan at that age…Ethan went through the terrible three’s but mainly because he was very “articulate”…hehe but yeah Enzo is definitely 2!

Even though the house gets crazy with piles of never ending laundry, spilled Sprite all over the van floor because the kuya is trying to give his little brother a sip – while little brother pokes the straw through the bottom, goldfish and cheerios in places that we were never at, I just thank God that I have these two kids to make the mess I have to clean up and that he has blessed me with two wonderful boys that help make our house a home.

ps. I’ve run across my house more times in the past 3 weeks than my entire mommyhood. For those with tiny babies just starting to walk, hahaha just wait till they are running from you when they don’t want their diaper changed!!
