and no, it’s not what you’re thinking…after almost 2 yrs of waiting and praying, God has answered our prayers and Ethan’s gonna be a kuya to a 2 year old little brother…it’s very exciting and scary all at the same time…ethan is turning 9 this year and we are starting over again with bottles, sippy cups, diapers, strollers, etc…hehe yes very overwhelming…esp since we were convinced that God was going to give us a much older child (we were only inquiring about girls over the age of 9)…but of course, God has better plans and he’s preparing us for a new son…

can you believe i’m gonna be a mommy to a toddler??? ehhe diaper bags, here we come….at least until we get settled in and start potty training (do i know how to do that??)…and not to mention he’s still using a bottle! eheh oh man…we haven’t used those since ethan was 1…i’m not even sure if i know how to change a diaper (ugh i dread the poopy ones)…

continue to pray for us and esp for our new son…pray for ethan as he prepares for the new role of big brother…and pray for a smooth transition for Enzo…and pray for us as we transition into a family of 4…

the next few weeks are going to be busy…our new son is in a different city, so we do have to travel quite a bit for visitations until he makes his final move home…

oh btw, we’re renaming him Enzo Jacob Ormeo (we’ll not quite ormeo until after 90 days and finalization of adoption)…i’ll post a picture of him when i’m clear to legally post it…otherwise, text me and i’ll text you a pix of him…he’s sooooooo cute!!! i just wanna mush him up…

ps…ya know, way back when i had all these plans in my mind about how my family dynamics would be, i wanted my kids to be 5-6 yrs apart…even though they were my plans and not necessarily God’s plans at the time, he still gave me what i wanted…yeah we didn’t have another child until ethan is almost 9, but ethan and enzo have a 6 yr age gap…cool huh?
